Shipping is not included in our prices. Shipping is priced based on your location & weight of your products. We do offer several shipping options at checkout and encourage you to choose the best option for your delivery needs.

All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Johannesburg, Gauteng province, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm. Shipping rates are determined with reference to the weight of your package & location within South Africa.

We make use of Fastway, PostNet Delivery & Aramex as our trusted delivery partners.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will be emailed a tracking number with a link to track your parcel. We encourage everyone to track their orders via the relevant courier website for quick order tracking updates. Shop Cocoa does not provide shipping updates, however if there is a problem with your delivery, please do let us know.

Our Cocoa-boxes generally ship within 2-5 business days depending on your selection of products. We’ve placed a note on each of the products that may need an additional day or two to source. If you need your packages shipped ASAP, pop us a mail & we will ship as soon as possible.

Strictly orders that have been paid for are processed between 2-5 working days. Of course we will try our best to process faster, however this is dependent on how busy we are, quantity, availability of items and level of customization required for each order.

As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, infrastructure, large role players in the logistics industry have taken strain, resulting in deliver longer than is usual.

Once your order has been packed, you will receive a tracking number from one of our authorised courier service providers.

Please allow for 24 hrs from date of receipt of the tracking number to trace your parcel.

All Shop Cocoa orders are final. We take great pride in ensuring your gift is delivered in the most pristine condition, we do understand things can get rocky along the way. If you are not satisfied with the way your Cocoa-Box reached its destination, or you have any suggestions on how we can better serve you, please let us know.

We carry three box sizes, Nunu (Small) ; 20” x 20” x 8.5” Grande (Medium); 26” x 21” x 8.5” MUCHOS GRANDE (Large) large;  45 x 31.5 x 15. All sizes are available in our very chic nude colour. Our boxes are extremely rigid, highly sustainable and make a beautiful storage box for your home or office. Each gift goes out in a shipper box, so your Cocoa-Box arrives in the most pristine condition.

No. We are a strictly online business.However, we do offer consultation for large and corporate orders.

If your Cocoa-Box includes dry foods, please be sure to read all ingredients and allergens.

Special touches are what gifting is all about! Choose from our collection of greeting cards, leave a special note and we will hand write it for a personal touch.

Yes. We make use of PayFast, which is South Africa's leading online payment gateway service provider.

Yes. We offer a maximum 3 month layby period. On checkout, please select the EFT payment method.

Thereafter, please email info@shopcocoa.co.za with your order number, indicating your intention and laybye period. We will then invoice you separately in accordance with your payment plan.

Only once full payment has been received will we ship your goods.
